2) Work your online leads:

a. MailChimp – this is a powerful email platform used by companies of all sizes. Kenny uses this to expertly send high quality emails to his contact list.
b. Contactually – this CRM integrates with Gmail to help you organize customers in a myriad of ways. Imagine a file system for your email that is color-coded and custom just for how you work your leads.
c. Trulia, Zillow and Facebook Ads – Truong spends somewhere between $80-$90 per lead, but he is able to convert this business at a high rate which delivers a great return. From $9K of combined spend on Trulia and Zillow, Kenny generated $90K in income.
d. RealScout – Kenny moves his leads from Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com to RealScout. Here, his clients get high-engagement listing alerts and MLS search with curated advanced criteria, drastically improving his odds of turning a lead into a client. He has over 110 buyers in the system and is writing about 10 offers per week.
e. Zapier – He uses this to automate manual tasks between his CRM, email and online lead sources.
