The Keyes Company was looking to further boost consumer engagement and, even more pressing, compel consumers to work with Keyes agents and away from portals. They turned to RealScout to solve both problems.
Keyes Company’s eCommerce team of 100 agents, headed by Director Miguel Correa, made great strides with their custom-made customer relationship management (CRM) platform, the company faced the problem many brokerages face in the industry today: portals. “Consumers were not sticking with our agents. They would go back to the portals like Zillow, Trulia, or Realtor.com, where they were being targeted to work with other agents,” Correa said. “Getting consumers away from the portals was the biggest problem we had.”
