RealScout to expand reach as real estate industry’s client conversion platform after
Trulia sales leader Pierre Calzadilla joins as Director of Strategic Partnerships
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (February 4, 2015) ‐ RealScout, the agent‐branded client conversion platform that helps agents sell more homes, announced today that early Trulia employee Pierre Calzadilla will join the company as Director of Strategic Partnerships. He will report directly to RealScout CEO Andrew Flachner.
Pierre joins the team at RealScout after more than eight years at Trulia, where he was instrumental in the company’s growth. He held numerous management positions during his tenure with Trulia, including Senior Manager for Trulia Rentals, Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Manager of Sales Training and Development. His leadership has been key in building teams and processes that help drive Trulia’s Marketplace revenue.
“I can’t imagine a better person to lead the expansion of our sales team. Having contributed to Trulia’s hyper‐growth from the very early days, Pierre knows how to think big and build for the long term,” said RealScout CEO Andrew Flachner.

Pierre most recently served as Sr. Manager of Trulia Rentals, where he was responsible for growing and managing a team focused on developing relationships with leaders in the apartment and property management industry. He is also the Founder and President of Poptism.org, a 501c3 organization and California benefit corporation that helps fathers across various socio‐economic levels become more inspired and responsible parents. He holds a BS in Computer Science and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
